Em is a graduate of Cebu Doctors College, Philippines. After passing her licensure exams, she began practicing in Teaneck, New Jersey. She has focused her practice on outpatient physical therapy as well as home health. After being charmed by the beauty and warmth of Palm Coast, she opened Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center in 2001. She has since been serving the community and is well loved by her patients. With her desire to continually find ways of improving her practice, she has advanced training in vestibular dysfunctions for the last 5 years. Currently, she is doing a certification for the treatments of the upper quadrant and cervical spine and was just recently certified in vestibular rehabilitation by the American Institute of Balance. She is also active in the community by singing in local charitable events such as the Black Catholic Guild and the Philippine-American Organization in Palm Coast.

Candy is a native of Wisconsin. Born in Rhinelander, WI, graduated from Weyauwega-Fremont High School in Weyauwega, WI, and attended and graduated University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. After graduating from the Physical Therapy program at Wisconsin, Candy and her husband Jamie did some traveling. They have lived and worked in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and now Florida. After seeing a bit of the country and having 2 children, Jack and Benjamin, Candy and Jamie decided that the best place for their family to live was at the beach. So, in 2014 they settled in Ormond by the Sea where they are currently living and in the process of building a new home.
Candy has 14 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and has worked in a number of different settings including hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation, home health and outpatient. She has experience treating neurologic and orthopedic impairments in the geriatric population. She received her certification in lymphedema therapy in 2007 from The Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy and has been a Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) member since 2008.Candy is excited to join Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center and be able to bring the addition of lymphedema therapy to the Palm Coast PTC team.

Yelena is a native of Russia and has lived in Johnson City, NY since 2006 where she started her therapy work at Oakdale Physical Therapy. In 2008, she moved to Sayre, PA where she continued her work with various rotations in acute care, oncology, and cardiac rehabilitation among others. From 2008 to 2012, Yelena transferred to Binghamton, NY where she was involved in various home health agencies committed in providing short term rehabilitation and long term care to patients. In 2013, Yelena settled in sunny Florida where she enjoys running and living an active and healthy lifestyle. Yelena is a graduate of Broome Community College-Binghamton, New York.
Marek is native to Poland and has lived in Florida since the age of 11. In 2012, Marek got his degree in PTA from Keiser University located in Sarasota, FL. Marek enjoys century cycling rides and weight training. Rehabilitation to restore functional mobility, incorporating functional strength training. Certified personal trainer through ISFTA. Stability ball and foam rolling certified. Gait Training and transfer training post TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), CVA (Cerebrovascular accident/ Stroke).
Donna Isom was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Moved to raise her family in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She grew to love the Palm Coast area by visiting her parents and ended up moving to Florida in 2009. She has worked in Medical Reception for the past 18 years and loves the personal contacts she has with our patients. She loves the ocean and spends most of her free time enjoying the beach.
